COUNTERPARTS; ELECTRONIC TRANSACTION. This Agreement may be executed in counterparts, each treated as an original, and the counterparts will constitute one document. The Parties agree that they may conduct this transaction, including any amendments or extension, by electronic means including the use of electronic signatures and facsimiles.
