Interim and Final Reports. All invoices must be accompanied by an interim or final report which indicates, at a minimum, the expenditure of the reporting period, the cumulative expenditure and the balance of the Price available. Interim and final reports shall also include a report on the regular progress of the Services and the Works, including without limitation, the following matters in the monthly report: (a) any non-compliance of the Works or the Contractor with the Contract for Works; (b) any non-compliance of the Works or the Contractor with any applicable law, standards, codes and/or specifications and/or the Policies; (c) any defects in the Works; (d) any potential increase in the cost of the Works; (e) any potential delay to the completion date of the Works and/or the regular progress of the Works; and (f) any inconsistencies between the Works provided and the design of the Works, (“Relevant Matters”). Immediately prior to the completion of the Services, the Consultant shall draw up a final progress report which must include details of expenditure and the Relevant Matters as referred to in first paragraph of this clause 5.7 and, if appropriate, a critical study of any major problems which may have arisen during the performance of the Contract. This final progress report shall be forwarded to UNICEF not later than thirty (30) days after the completion of the Services.
Interim and Final Reports. The PSU team will produce an interim progress report after the pilot has been in the field for six months, and a final report with recommendations for city-wide program roll-out after the pilot has been active for one year. Interim and Final Reports. The recipient shall submit monthly performance reports to the CAM and LPMs for each program beginning 30 days after award of the COA. Interim and Final Reports. 8.1 The Contractor shall submit reports/outputs as specified in the Terms of Reference to Project manager and Front Officer email addresses with an electronic proof of delivery. 8.2 The Contracting Authority shall, within 45 days of receipt, notify the Contractor of its decision concerning the documents or reports received by it, giving reasons should it reject the reports or documents, or request amendments. If the Contracting Authority does not give any comments on the documents or reports within the time limit, the Contractor may request written acceptance of them. The documents or reports shall be deemed to have been approved by the Contracting Authority if it does not expressly inform the Contractor of any comments within 45 days of the receipt of the report. 8.3 If the contractor fails to provide the service in accordance with the contract (‘unperformed obligations’) or if it fails to provide the service in accordance with the expected quality levels specified in the Terms of Reference (‘low quality delivery’), the contracting authority may reduce or recover payments proportionally to the seriousness of the unperformed obligations or low quality delivery. This includes in particular cases where the contracting authority cannot approve a result, report or deliverable as defined in the purchase order after the contractor has submitted the required additional information, correction or new version. A reduction in price may be imposed together with liquidated damages under the conditions of Article 7.
