Common use of Counterparts; Entire Agreement Clause in Contracts

Counterparts; Entire Agreement. This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts, and each such counterpart hereof shall be deemed to be an original instrument, but all such counterparts together shall constitute one agreement. This Agreement and the Option Agreement contain the entire agreement among the parties with respect to the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and the Option Agreement and supersede all prior agreements or understandings among the parties with respect to the Executive's employment by the Employer.
