This Agreement may be executed in two or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument. Delivery of an executed counterpart of this Agreement by facsimile (or similar electronic means) shall be equally as effective as delivery of an original executed counterpart of this Agreement.
