Common use of Counterparts; Facsimile or Electronic Signature Clause in Contracts

Counterparts; Facsimile or Electronic Signature. This Agreement may be signed in one or more counterparts including via facsimile or email, or by electronic signature in accordance with Oklahoma law, all of which shall be considered one and the same Agreement, binding on all parties hereto, notwithstanding that both parties are not signatories to the same counterpart. A signed facsimile or photocopy of this Agreement shall be binding on the parties to this Agreement.
