Common use of Counterparts; Faxed or E-Mailed Signatures Clause in Contracts

Counterparts; Faxed or E-Mailed Signatures. This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts and by the Parties hereto in separate counterparts, each of which when so executed shall be deemed to be an original and all of which taken together shall constitute one and the same Agreement. Any executed signature page delivered by facsimile or e-mail transmission shall be binding to the same extent as an original executed signature page, with regard to this Agreement or any amendment thereto.
