Counterparts; Language. This Agreement may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument. This Agreement is being executed in both an English language version and a Russian language version. In the event of any discrepancy between the English language version and the Russian language version of this Agreement or any disagreement among the Parties as to the meaning or interpretation of any part of this Agreement, the English language version of this Agreement shall prevail.
