Counterparts, Memorandum. This Lease may be simultaneously executed in multiple counterparts, each of which when so executed and delivered, shall constitute an original, fully enforceable counterpart for all purposes. Lessee and Lessor agree that a memorandum of this Lease (and any amendment hereof) shall be executed and recorded at the direction of either Lessor or Lessee, but at Lessee's expenses, in the land records of the jurisdiction in which the Property is situated.
