COUNTERPARTS; RECORDATION. This Agreement may be executed in two or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, and all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument. For purposes of recording this Agreement in the counties and parishes where the Timberlands are located, (A) a complete copy of this Agreement and the Description of the Owned Timberlands and the Description of the Timberland Leases attached hereto will be recorded in Union Parish, Louisiana and (B) counterparts of this Agreement recorded in other counties and parishes may contain only Descriptions of the Owned Timberlands and Descriptions of the Timberland Leases located in said county or parish; provided that the foregoing shall not be construed to limit or otherwise affect the rights and obligations of the parties under Section 6.9.

COUNTERPARTS; RECORDATION. A copy of this Agreement may be executed by each party, separately and electronically, and when each party has executed a copy thereof, such copies taken together shall be deemed to be a full and complete agreement between the parties. Upon full execution of this Agreement and any amendments thereto, the same shall be recorded in the records of the Ouray County Clerk and Recorder.
