Common use of Counterparts/Representations Clause in Contracts

Counterparts/Representations. The Amendment No. 4 may be executed in any number of counterparts, all of which taken together shall constitute one and the same instrument, and any of the parties hereto may execute this Amendment No. 4 by signing any such counterpart. Each party represents and warrants to the other that it has full authority to enter into this Amendment upon the terms and conditions hereof and that the individual executing this Amendment on its behalf has the requisite authority to bind that Party.
