Counterparts; Section Headings and Exhibits. This Agreement may be executed in counterparts and by each party hereto on a separate counterpart. Counterparts delivered in fax or “PDF” form shall be as effective as manually signed counterparts. The section and other headings set forth herein are for reference and convenience only, and do not define, limit, or extend the scope of this Agreement in any way. Any exhibits attached hereto are hereby deemed incorporated by reference into and a part hereof as if the same had been set forth verbatim herein.
