Counterpxxxx. Xxxx Xxxeement may be executed xx xxx xxxxxx of counterparts, all of which shall be considered one and the same Agreement, and shall become effective when counterparts have been signed by each party hereto and delivered to each other party. Copies of executed counterparts transmitted via facsimile or other electronic transmission service shall be considered original executed counterparts for all purposes of this Section, provided that receipt of copies of such counterparts is confirmed.
