Counting of Days. If a party is required to complete the performance of an obligation under this Agreement by a date certain and such date is a Saturday, Sunday or Federal bank holiday (collectively, a "Nonbusiness Day"), the date for the completion of such performance will be the next succeeding day that is not a Nonbusiness Day.
