Common use of Country Addendum Clause in Contracts

Country Addendum. Notwithstanding any provisions in this Award Agreement, the PSU grant shall be subject to any special terms and conditions set forth in an appendix (if any) to this Award Agreement for any country whose laws are applicable to Grantee and this Award of PSUs (as determined by the Committee in its sole discretion) (the “Country Addendum”). Moreover, if Grantee relocates to one of the countries included in the Country Addendum (if any), the special terms and conditions for such country will apply to Grantee, to the extent the Company determines that the application of such terms and conditions is necessary or advisable for legal or administrative reasons. The Country Addendum (if any) constitutes a part of this Award Agreement.
