Common use of Country of Origin Clause in Contracts

Country of Origin. All goods and related services to be supplied under the contract shall have their origin in eligible source countries and all expenditures made under the contract shall be limited to such goods and services. For the purposes of this clause, “origin” means the place where the goods are prod manufacturing or processing, or the place from which the related services are supplied.
