Common use of Country Specific Terms Clause in Contracts

Country Specific Terms. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, the Restricted Stock Unit grant shall be subject to the Country-Specific Terms. Moreover, if Participant relocates to one of the countries included in the Country-Specific Terms, the special terms and conditions for such country will apply to Participant, to the extent the Company determines that the application of such terms and conditions is necessary or advisable for legal or administrative reasons. The Country-Specific Terms constitute part of these Terms and are incorporated herein by reference.
