County consent required. Contractor shall not assign its rights or delegate or otherwise transfer its obligations under this agreement to any other person without the prior written consent of County, aside from the purchase of ancillary goods or services provided by third parties. Any such assignment made without the consent of County shall be void and the attempted assignment shall constitute a Contractor default. Assignment of this agreement to another corporate subsidiary or affiliate of Contractor, where there is no change in ownership or control shall not require County’s consent.
County consent required. School agrees to obtain prior written consent of County for publication of any articles relating to the clinical experiences occurring at County under this Agreement.
