COUNTY FUNDED RESIDENTIAL ALCOHOL AND DRUG TREATMENT SERVICES. A. Women’s Residential Alcohol and Drug Treatment Units of Service Admit to Contractors women’s residential alcohol and drug treatment program a minimum of twelve (12 ) program participants per fiscal year, who meet the population criteria identified in Contractors treatment proposal. Provide a total of one thousand nine hundred thirty six (1,936) days of women’s alcohol and drug treatment services to be allocated by Contractor per fiscal year.
