Common use of County Indemnification Clause in Contracts

County Indemnification. ‌ The County assumes no obligation, financial or otherwise, arising out of the provisions of this Article, and the Federation shall indemnify and hold the County harmless from any and all claims, grievances, arbitration, awards, suits, attachments, or other proceedings arising out of or by reason of any action taken by the County for the purpose of complying with any of the provisions of this Article.
