Common use of County of Orange Child Support Enforcement Requirements Clause in Contracts

County of Orange Child Support Enforcement Requirements. In order to comply with the child support enforcement requirements of County, within ten days of notification of selection of award of this Contract but prior to official award of this Contract, Contractor agrees to furnish the required Contractor data and certifications to County agency/department deputy purchasing agent. Failure of Contractor to timely submit the data and certifications required may result in this Contract being awarded to another Contractor. In the event this Contract has been issued, failure of Contractor to comply with all federal and state reporting requirements for child support enforcement or to comply with all lawfully served Wage and Earnings Assignment Orders and Notices of Assignment shall constitute a material breach of this Contract. Failure to cure such breach within 60 calendar days of notice from County shall constitute grounds for termination of this Contract.
