COSTS DISTRIBUTED THROUGH COUNTYWIDE COST ALLOCATIONS The indirect overhead and support service costs listed in Schedule A (attached) are formally approved as actual costs for fiscal year 2016-17, and as estimated costs for fiscal year 2018-19 on a “fixed with carry-forward” basis. These costs may be included as part of the county departments’ costs indicated effective July 1, 2018, for further allocation to federal grants and contracts performed by the respective county departments. RIGHT OF ALLOTTEE TO USE COMMON AREAS AND FACILITIES SUBJECT TO PAYMENT OF TOTAL MAINTENANCE CHARGES The Allottee hereby agrees to purchase the [Apartment/Plot] on the specific understanding that is/her right to the use of Common Areas shall be subject to timely payment of total maintenance charges, as determined and thereafter billed by the maintenance agency appointed or the association of allottees (or the maintenance agency appointed by it) and performance by the Allottee of all his/her obligations in respect of the terms and conditions specified by the maintenance agency or the association of allottees from time to time.

MAXIMUM COST TO COUNTY In no event will the cost to County for the services to be provided herein exceed the maximum sum of $ including direct non-salary expenses. As set forth in section 14 of this Contract, should the funding source for this Contract be reduced, Contractor agrees that this maximum cost to County may be amended by written notice from County to reflect that reduction.
