County’s Contract Administrator. 6.2.1 The responsibilities of the Contract Administrator include: • Ensuring that the technical standards and task requirements articulated in the individual Work Order are satisfactorily complied with, and shall provide, on request, such information, coordination, documentation, and materials as may be reasonably required by Contractor to perform Work Orders; • Coordinating and monitoring the work of Contractor personnel assigned to the Work Order, and for ensuring that this Master Agreement’s objectives are met; • Monitoring, evaluating and reporting Contractor performance and progress on the Work Order; • Coordinating with Contractor’s Project Manager, on a regular basis, regarding the performance of Contractor’s personnel on each particular project; • Providing direction to Contractor in the areas relating to County policy, information requirements, and procedural requirements.

County’s Contract Administrator. The COUNTY shall designate an individual to administer this Agreement and act as the COUNTY's liaison with the CONTRACTOR in connection with the Contract Services (the "Contract Administrator"). The CONTRACTOR understands and agrees that the Contract Administrator has only limited authority with respect to the implementation of this Agreement, and cannot bind the COUNTY with respect to any Agreement amendment, or any waiver of the obligations of the CONTRACTOR hereunder.
