Common use of County’s Duties Clause in Contracts

County’s Duties. The County shall: 1. The County shall pay the Contractor in the manner and in the amounts specified in the Contract Documents. The total amount paid by the County to the Contractor under this Contract shall not exceed Five Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($5,000.00). There are no matching requirements from the Contractor. 2. Determine eligibility of individuals for the service(s) in accordance with Federal and State regulations; 3. Notify the Contractor concerning the eligibility of each individual for the service, the period of time for which services are authorized, and any changes in the individual’s eligibility status; 4. Pay the Contractor for services delivered to eligible individuals under the terms of this Contract at the rate specified in Attachment B, Scope of Work 5. Keep the Contractor informed of all applicable Federal and State laws, regulations, policies and standards governing the service program to which the Provider must adhere and of any alterations to these; and 6. Accept fiscal responsibility for deviations from the terms of this Contract as a result of acts of the County or any of its officers, agents or representatives.
