Common use of County's Property On Site Clause in Contracts

County's Property On Site. All of County’s property removed or displaced pursuant to this Contract shall remain the property of County unless expressly stated otherwise in the Contract Documents, and D-BE shall exercise reasonable care to prevent loss or damage to such property and shall promptly deliver it to the place designated by County. In particular, all excavated clean soil is the property of County and shall remain on site unless otherwise provided in the Contract Documents or otherwise directed by County in writing.
