COUNTY’S REMEDIES CUMULATIVE. County’s rights to suspend or terminate the agreement under Section 15.04, to obtain specific performance under Section 15.05 and to perform under Section 15.06 are not exclusive, and County’s exercise of one such right shall not constitute an election of remedies.
