Periodic Performance Reviews. 1. Beginning not later than the 2017-2018 fiscal year, bargaining unit members will be given periodic performance reviews by the respective Administrative Supervisor, using the form displayed in Appendix D, according to the following schedule: a. Probationary Members: i. Current members, as of ratification of this agreement, will receive a performance review by December 31, 2016, or prior to attaining Post-Probationary status, whichever is earlier. ii. Members entering the bargaining unit after ratification of this agreement will receive a performance review within the first four months of entry into the bargaining unit.

Periodic Performance Reviews. (a) Inotera shall hold quarterly meetings (each, a “Quarterly Business Review”) with the Purchaser, the primary purposes of which shall be to review and discuss the most recent Operational Report and the Performance Criteria and to mutually agree on operational adjustments if necessary. (b) The Purchaser and Inotera shall hold monthly meetings (each, a “Monthly Financial Review”) to review and discuss (i) at the election of the Purchaser, the Inotera Financial Reports received by the Purchaser since the last such meeting, and (ii) at the election of Inotera, the Purchaser [***] Reports delivered by the Purchaser since the last such meeting.
Periodic Performance Reviews. On the performance review dates set out in Schedule Six, the Parties will undertake a review of the Second Party’s performance. The review will allow both Parties an opportunity to assess the Second Party’s performance, to provide the Second Party’s management with professional development evaluations, and to identify areas for continuous improvement by both Parties. The review will cover the items described in Schedule Six.
Periodic Performance Reviews. The County shall have the right to conduct performance reviews (“reviews”) of Contractor’s performance during the Term of the Agreement not to exceed once per year. The reviews will be performed by a qualified firm under contract to County. Contractor shall pay for the cost of each review not to exceed $25,000 for each review, and shall be allowed to recover that cost through the rates. The County will have the right to determine the scope of any such reviews, which may include but are not limited to determining if the Contractor is: operating safely and effectively and complying with all contractual requirements; correctly billing accounts; and correctly paying franchise fees and other fees required under this Agreement. Contractor shall fully cooperate with any performance reviews.

Such written performance reviews shall include, but not be limited to, the identification of Products sold by the quantities and the selling prices or costs thereof, the names and locations of customers to whom such Products were sold in the Territory, the current and near term goals of Distributor, quarterly metric reports including inventory metrics, warranty claims, pricing leads, customer surveys, Product performance, cycle-time/problem resolution, installations, post-installation status reports, and any other information that Company may from time to time reasonably deem appropriate. If Distributor is not meeting its performance objectives, Company and Distributor will mutually develop and document a performance improvement plan.
Periodic Performance Reviews. The Commission will conduct periodic reviews to evaluate the Consultant’s performance.
