Common use of Coupon Sheets Clause in Contracts

Coupon Sheets. As regards each Bearer Note issued with a Talon, the Fiscal Agent shall, on or after the due date for exchange of such Talon, make available in exchange for such Talon at the specified office of the Fiscal Agent a further coupon sheet and, if relevant, a further Talon appertaining to such Bearer Note, but subject always to the Issuer having procured the delivery of a supply of such coupon sheets to the Fiscal Agent.
