Presentation after Replacement. If a Bearer Note, Certificate, Receipt, Coupon or Talon that has been replaced is presented to an Agent for payment or exchange, that Agent shall forthwith inform the Issuing and Principal Paying Agent, in the case of Bearer Notes, or the Registrar, in the case of Registered Notes, which shall so inform the Issuer.
