Coupons and Talons on Replacement Bearer Notes. In the case of mutilated or defaced Bearer Notes, the Replacement Agent shall ensure that (unless such indemnity as the Issuer may require is given) any replacement Note only has attached to it Coupons and/or a Talon corresponding to those attached to the Note that it replaces.
