Course Assignment and Right of First Refusal. The faculty member responsible for the development of the DLC shall have right of first refusal each time the course is offered. If said faculty member declines to teach the course, it can be offered to any other faculty member. Assignment to teach DLCs will follow the same procedures as assignments to teach on-campus courses.
