Common use of Course Eligibility Clause in Contracts

Course Eligibility. Any registered professional nurse employed by the County, who desires to enroll in one or more courses at an accredited educational institution in the field of nursing, or in courses which the Director of Nursing or the department head agrees would aid in the practice and performance of services to the County and will contribute to professional growth, may submit in advance of commencing such course or courses, a letter of application to the department head for approval to receive reimbursement for the cost of tuition and books.
