Common use of Course Packs (Print and Electronic) Clause in Contracts

Course Packs (Print and Electronic). The Participating Institutions and the Authorized Users may use a reasonable portion of the Licensed Materials in the preparation of a packet of the materials used in the classroom ("Course Packs") or other educational materials.
