Course Packs (Print and Electronic). Licensee, the Participating Institutions and Authorized Users may use links to the Licensed Materials in the preparation of Course Packs or other educational materials.

Course Packs (Print and Electronic). Licensee, the Participating Institutions and Authorized Users may use links to a reasonable portion of the Licensed Materials in the preparation of Course Packs or other educational materials. Each item incorporated in the Course Packs shall carry appropriate acknowledgement of the source, title, author of the extract and the name of the Publisher. Course Packs in non-electronic no print perceptible form, such as audio or Braille, may also be offered by the Licensee and Participating Institutions to Authorized Users on the same terms.
