Course-Swaps. For academic-year appointees, the clinical faculty member and Xxxx may agree (in writing in advance) to "swap" one or more courses from fall or spring semester to summer without a change in primary periods of responsibility and without additional compensation. Any swaps resulting in summer teaching are permissible only if non-state funds suffice to support the courses taught in summer.
