Common use of Court Actions Clause in Contracts

Court Actions. (a) In the event that any party, after complying with the provisions set forth in Section 9.2 above, desires to commence an Action, such party, subject to Section 10.11, may submit the dispute, controversy or claim (or such series of related disputes, controversies or claims) to any court of competent jurisdiction. (b) Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the parties will continue to provide service and honor all other commitments under this Agreement and the Ancillary Agreements during the course of dispute resolution pursuant to the provisions of this Article IX, except to the extent such commitments are the subject of such dispute, controversy or claim.

Court Actions. (a) In the event that any party, after complying with the provisions set forth in Section 9.2 8.02 above, desires to commence an Action, such party, subject to Section 10.1111.19, may submit the dispute, controversy or claim (or such series of related disputes, controversies or claims) to any court of competent jurisdictionjurisdiction as set forth in Section 11.19. (b) Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the parties will continue to provide service and honor all other commitments under this Agreement and the Ancillary Agreements during the course of dispute resolution pursuant to the provisions of this Article IXVIII, except to the extent such commitments are the subject of such dispute, controversy or claim.

(a) In the event that any partyParty, after complying with the provisions set forth in Section 9.2 10.02 above, desires to commence an Action, such partyParty, subject to Section 10.1113.17, may submit the dispute, controversy or claim (or such series of related disputes, controversies or claims) to any court of competent jurisdictionjurisdiction as set forth in Section 13.17. (b) Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the parties Parties will continue to provide service and honor all other commitments under this Agreement and the Ancillary Agreements during the course of dispute resolution pursuant to the provisions of this Article IX10, except to the extent such commitments are the subject of such dispute, controversy or claim.

(b) Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the parties will continue to provide service and honor all other commitments under this Agreement and the Ancillary Agreements during the course of dispute resolution pursuant to the provisions of this Article IXX, except to the extent such commitments are the subject of such dispute, controversy or claim.

(b) Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the parties Parties will continue to provide service and honor all other commitments under this Agreement and the Ancillary Agreements during the course of dispute resolution pursuant to the provisions of this Article IX8, except to the extent such commitments are the subject of such dispute, controversy or claim.

Court Actions. (a) In the event that any party, after complying with the provisions set forth in Section 9.2 3.03 above, desires to commence an Actionaction, such party, subject to Section 10.116.15, may submit the dispute, controversy or claim (or such series of related disputes, controversies or claims) to any court of competent jurisdictionjurisdiction as set forth in Section 6.15. (b) Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the parties will continue to provide service and honor all other commitments under this Agreement and the Ancillary Agreements during the course of dispute resolution pursuant to the provisions of this Article IXIII, except to the extent such commitments are the subject of such dispute, controversy or claim.

(b) Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the parties Parties will continue to provide service and honor all other commitments under this Agreement and the Ancillary Agreements during the course of dispute resolution pursuant to the provisions of this Article IXV, except to the extent such commitments are the subject of such dispute, controversy or claim.

(b) Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the parties Parties will continue to provide service and honor all other commitments under this Agreement and the Ancillary Agreements during the course of dispute resolution pursuant to the provisions of this Article IXIV, except to the extent such commitments are the subject of such dispute, controversy or claim.
