Common use of Court Approval Required Clause in Contracts

Court Approval Required. This Settlement Agreement is contingent on approval by the Court. The Parties shall jointly recommend to the Court that it approve the terms of this Settlement Agreement. The Parties shall undertake their best efforts, including all steps and efforts contemplated by this Settlement Agreement, and any other steps or efforts which may become necessary by order of the Court (unless such order modifies the terms of this Settlement Agreement) or otherwise, to carry out this Settlement Agreement, including the following:
