Obligations of Settlement Administrator. The Settlement Administrator will provide a declaration of due diligence, proof of mailing of the Settlement Class Notice, and records of any opt-outs or objections to Settlement Class Counsel and Defendant’s Counsel within 7 days after the deadline for exclusion/objection.
