Common use of Court disputes Clause in Contracts

Court disputes. Upon the date of this Agreement, there are no cases, disputes, litigations or governmental investigation ongoing, or which according to the knowledge of the Buyer are obstacles to the Buyer or obstacles to any of its subsidiaries, or their belonging property, assets, operations, and business activities, which may prevent their liabilities execution and/or implementation of the transactions as envisaged by this Agreement.
