Common use of Court of Jurisdiction Clause in Contracts

Court of Jurisdiction. The Principal agrees, except as otherwise provided by law (including but not limited to Article 47 of the Consumer Protection Act, Article 436-9 of Taiwan Code of Civil Procedure, or other provisions of exclusive jurisdiction), disputes arising from this Agreement shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of Taiwan Taipei District Court as the court of first instance.
