Common use of Court of Jurisdiction Clause in Contracts

Court of Jurisdiction. The parties agree that any and all legal actions and proceedings arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be submitted to Taiwan Hsinchu District Court as the court of first instance, unless otherwise required to be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction as provided by law.
