Court-Specific Security Issues. Within thirty (30) Days of the Effective Date, the Contractor shall meet with representatives of the Judicial Council and each Court in the Designated Region to discuss Court-specific security issues. As part of these meetings, the Contractor shall ascertain whether that Court requires any background check or screening process in addition to the background check performed by the Judicial Council.
