Court. The Parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon. If the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon refuses to take jurisdiction, then the Parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the state and/or federal courts where jurisdiction and venue is proper.
