Courtesy Housing Clause Samples
The Courtesy Housing clause outlines the conditions under which a party, typically an employee or contractor, is provided with temporary accommodation by the other party, often an employer or event organizer, as a courtesy rather than an obligation. This clause specifies the duration, standards, and any limitations of the provided housing, such as whether utilities are included or if guests are permitted. Its core function is to clarify the expectations and boundaries regarding temporary housing arrangements, thereby preventing misunderstandings and disputes over living accommodations during the relevant period.
