COURTESY PROTOCOL. a. Celebrations reserves the right to request any person or group of people acting unruly or contrary to regulations to leave the Premises. Assistance from law enforcement agencies may be applicable. b. Client agrees to not make irrational demands, act in an unreasonable manner(s), become abusive or unruly towards Celebrations’ members, owners, managers, employees, officers, representatives or agents in any way. If breached, Celebrations reserves the right to cancel the event and retain all monies paid without refund or any liability.
