Courts of England. Each of the parties to this Agreement irrevocably agrees for the benefit of each of the Finance Parties that the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear and determine any suit, action or proceedings, and to settle any disputes, which may arise out of or in connection with this Agreement (respectively “Proceedings” and “Disputes”) and, for such purposes, irrevocably submits to the jurisdiction of such courts.
Courts of England. For the benefit of each Finance Party, each of the Obligors agree that the courts of England have jurisdiction to hear and settle any action, suit, proceeding or dispute in connection with this Agreement or any of the other Senior Finance Documents and therefore irrevocably submits to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Courts of England. Each of the Parties other than the Finance Parties irrevocably agrees for the benefit of each of the Finance Parties that if the Security Agent gives notice pursuant to Clause 29.3 (Security Agent’s Option), the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear and determine any suit, action or proceedings (“Proceedings” ), and to settle any Disputes, which may arise out of or in connection with this Deed and, for such purposes, irrevocably submits to the jurisdiction of such courts.
Courts of England. (a) For the benefit of each of the Finance Parties, each Obligor hereby irrevocably agrees that the High Courts of Justice in London, and all appellate courts therefrom have jurisdiction to settle any disputes which may arise out of or in connection with any of the Finance Documents and that any suit, action or proceedings (together "PROCEEDINGS") in connection with any Finance Document may be brought in the High Courts of Justice in London and all appellate courts therefrom and accordingly submits to the jurisdiction of the High Courts of Justice in London and all appellate courts therefrom.
Courts of England. (a) For the benefit of each of the Lenders, each Chargor agrees that the High Courts of Justice in London and all appellate courts therefrom have jurisdiction to settle any disputes which may arise out of or in connection with this Debenture and that any suit, action or proceedings (together the "Proceedings") in connection with this Debenture may be brought in High Courts of Justice in London and all appellate courts therefrom and accordingly submits to the jurisdiction of the High Courts of Justice in London and all appellate courts therefrom.
Courts of England. The Parties agree that the courts of England are the most appropriate and convenient courts to settle Disputes and accordingly no Party will argue to the contrary.

Each of the parties to this Deed irrevocably agrees that the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear and determine any suit, action or proceedings, and to settle any disputes, which may arise out of or in connection with this Deed (respectively “Proceedings” and “Disputes”) and, for such purposes, irrevocably submits to the jurisdiction of such courts.
Courts of England. Each of the Obligors and the Subordinated Creditors irrevocably agrees for the benefit of each of the Senior Finance Parties and the High Yield Trustee that the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear and determine any suit, action or proceedings, and to settle any disputes, which may arise out of or in connection with this Deed (respectively “Proceedings” and “Disputes”) and, for such purposes, irrevocably submits to the jurisdiction of such courts.
Courts of England. The Company irrevocably agrees for the benefit of the Security Trustee that the courts of England shall have jurisdiction to hear and determine any suit, action or proceedings, and to settle any disputes, which may arise out of or in connection with this Assignment (respectively “Proceedings” and “Disputes”) and, for such purposes, irrevocably submits to the jurisdiction of such courts.
Courts of England. The courts of England shall have jurisdiction to settle any disputes which may arise out of or in connection with this Agreement.
