Common use of Covenant Against Disclosure Clause in Contracts

Covenant Against Disclosure. All Confidential Information relating to the Business is, shall be and shall remain the sole property and confidential business information of the Company, free of any rights of the Executive. The Executive shall not make any use of the Confidential Information except in the performance of his duties hereunder and shall not disclose any Confidential Information to third parties, without the prior written consent of the Company.

Covenant Against Disclosure. All Confidential Information relating to the Business is, shall be and shall remain the sole property and confidential business information of the Company, free of any rights of the Executive. The Executive shall not make any use of the Confidential Information except in the performance of his her duties hereunder and shall not disclose any Confidential Information to third parties, without the prior written consent of the Company.

All The Executive therefore covenants and agrees that all Confidential Information relating to the Business isof the Company or any of its subsidiaries, affiliates or customers shall be and shall remain the sole property and confidential business information of the Company, free of any rights of the Executive. The Executive shall not make any use of the Confidential Information except in the performance of his duties hereunder and shall not disclose any Confidential Information to third parties, without except in the performance of his duties hereunder or with the prior written consent of the Company.
