During the period of Participant’s employment and for two (2) years after his/her Last Day of Employment, Participant acknowledges and agrees that he/she will not directly or indirectly solicit or enter into any business transaction of the nature performed by the Company with any Company client for which Participant personally performed services or acquired material information.
