Common use of Covenant by Borrower as to Compliance with Indenture Clause in Contracts

Covenant by Borrower as to Compliance with Indenture. The Borrower covenants and agrees that it will comply with the provisions of the Indenture with respect to the Borrower and that the Trustee and the Bondholders shall have the power and authority provided in the Indenture. The Borrower further agrees to aid in the furnishing to the Authority or the Trustee of opinions that may be required under the Indenture. The Borrower covenants and agrees that the Trustee shall be entitled to and shall have all the rights, including the right to enforce against the Borrower the provisions of the Financing Documents, pertaining to the Trustee notwithstanding the fact that the Trustee is not a party to the Financing Documents.
