Resolution The Municipality covenants and agrees that it shall comply with the provisions of the Program Resolution with respect to the Municipality and that the Trustee and the owners of the Bonds shall have the power and authority provided in the Program Resolution. The Municipality further agrees to aid in the furnishing to DNR, DOA, or the Trustee of opinions that may be required under the Program Resolution.
