Federal Single Audit. Agencies expending a total of Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($750,000.00) or more in FEDERAL funds from one or more funding sources in their fiscal year must have a single audit conducted for that year in accordance with Subpart F of PART 200. If the Municipality receives more than $750,000 of money that originates from any federal source in a calendar year, then it must commission a Federal Single Audit as part of its regular financial audit.
